Agreement

Thank you for dropping by.  Please take a moment of your time to read these terms and conditions which have been created for your convenience and to assure that you have a wonderful vacation!  Destination Vacations LLC requires that all persons or entities visiting this site agree to the following terms and conditions.  By accessing and making reservations on this site, you are confirming your agreement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Payment

Full payment is required at time of booking/reservation request.  Your credit card will be charged when you complete your reservation request.  A confirmation for your stay will be emailed to you once we've confirmed availability with the resort.

Your credit card payment will be immediately refunded in the event we cannot confirm availability for your reservation request.  Due to our deep discounted rates confirmed reservations are non-refundable.  Any incidental charges will be assessed directly to you by the hotel upon check-out.  Examples: Phone Calls, Room Service, WiFi, $3.50 daily gratuity fee, etc.

Making Changes to Your Reservation

Any changes to your reservation may result in hotel fees up to the full cost of your stay.  No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out, will be given.  Cancellations are non-refundable.  Any changes to your reservation will incur a $200 Service Fee.

We want you to have a great reservation experience and vacation, and as a result, in the event you need to cancel your reservation and you have not purchased trip insurance, we may be able to modify your reservation based on availability of the same suite type and rate within 6 months of your initial reservation.

Any modification or modification fee is subject to the sole discretion of Destination Vacations and may incur change fees of up to $500.  Cancellations or changes made after check-in are always subject to a 100% charge.

Trip Insurance

To protect yourself from unexpected trip interruptions, we highly recommend trip insurance.  Although we don't offer insurance or endorse any carrier specifically, many of our guests have had experience with and recommended www.insuremytrip.com or www.tripinsurance.com.

Cancellations

Please do not call the hotel directly to make changes or cancel this reservation, as their agents will not be able to change or issue refunds for these specially negotiated rates.  We are not responsible for any modifications you make to your trip without our assistance.

Personal Identity

If you are reserving multiple rooms at the same hotel for the same dates, you must use a different name for each reservation.  Using the same name for multiple reservations may cause the hotel to cancel reservations that appear to be duplicates.

Changes to the name on a reservation are not permitted after the booking is completed.  Guests must be at least 18 years of age at time of check-in unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.  You must present photo ID at check in.  You may be required to present a valid credit (not debit) card or cash deposit at check in for incidentals.

Resolving Problems

If you experience an issue during your trip, you must call us immediately so that we can assist you in resolving your problem.  Bed types, suite location/view and in-room amenities are subject to hotel availability unless specified in your quote and reservation.
